Over exfoliation can compromise the protective layer of the skin creating dehydration and leaving it vulnerable to bacteria, so do not use this or combined with any other exfoliant more than 2-3 times per week.
Treatment of acne should begin as soon as it becomes visible. Waiting only gives it the fuel necessary to worsen.
We do not recommend salicylic acid to be used during pregnancy.
