LOCATION DETAILS

The Summit is located within the "TD Bank Building" on the corner of Spring Garden Road and Birmingham Street. This 4 floor glass building is across the street from the former Mills Brothers building. Once you enter the building from Spring Garden Road the easiest way to reach The Summit is by taking the elevator from the lobby. The elevator will take you directly into The Summit. If you prefer to take the stairs you will find the stairwell to the left of the elevator. Take the stairs to the lower level, turn left at the bottom of the stairs and proceed thru the doors at the end of the hall to find us.

ACCESSIBILITY

There are no stairs required to enter the TD Bank building. The doors of the building are automatic. The Summit is located at the lower level of the building, and can be accessed by elevator. Our space is entirely level, and our washroom is wheel-chair accessible with grab rails by the toilet. 

PARKING

There are many open air and enclosed parking lots within the block that The Summit is located on. There is street parking with Hot Spot for shorter appointments but these are limited. You will also find two large open air parking lots: one behind the new Central Library with an entrance on Queen Street and one that can be accessed from Sackville Street. The Doyle (on Doyle Street), the Mary Ann (parking entrance on Birmingham), City Center Atlantic (Birmingham Street entrance) have underground parking. Park Lane Mall on the corner of Spring Garden and Dresden Row has enclosed above ground parking that can be entered into from Dresden Row. There is also excellent in ground parking next to The Lord Nelson Hotel on South Park Street with large, bright, easy to park in spots. 

TRAVELLING BY BUS

The following buses will bring you within a block or two of The Summit on Spring Garden Road: 1, 2, 4, 7A, 7B, 8, 9A, 9B, 10, 29, 58, 59, 61, 65, 68, 82, 83, 85, 86, 90, 123, 127, 135, 137, 138, 158, 159, 161, 165, 168, 182, 183, 185, and 186.
