Our Current COVID Plan

We are now Open for ALL Services as permitted by Nova Scotia Public Health including services that require you to remove your mask! 

Our On-line Spa Store is also always open! We continue to offer contact-less delivery for FREE within 20km of the spa on orders over $100 before tax. Orders under $100 within 20km will be delivered for a fee between $6-$15.

We also offer free shipping by Canada Post *anywhere in Canada* on orders over $100 before tax. Our shipped orders typically arrive between 2-5 days depending on location.

For those that had appointments booked between the end of April and June 6th (or added themselves to our wait list by phone or e-mail, we have already reached out and either re-booked your appointment or left a voice message for you. If you did not hear from us yet please call.  

For those that did not have an appointment scheduled during the lock down closure but would like to visit simply give us a call and we will do our best to get an appointment for you as quickly as possible!

We ask that you also review the latest list of exposures in our area before your visit. Please review each group of locations for specific instruction for those present at the dates and times listed. If you have been instructed to get tested or to self-isolate because you visited one of these locations during the exposure times listed, please call us to reschedule your appointment.

You are required to wear a mask from the moment you arrive at our location and throughout your appointment and your entire visit with us.

Do not visit if you have any of the following symptoms:

New cough
Increased cough and symptoms from pre-existing allergies
Runny nose
Fever Above 38 Degrees Celsius
Headache
Muscle pains
Shortness of breath

We will be asking the following questions upon arrival. Please wait for one of our staff to invite you in when visiting us for an appointment or to shop.

Do you have any symptoms related to COVID-19?

Have you travelled outside of NS in the past two weeks?

Have you had contact with any probable or confirmed cases of COVID-19 or anyone who is supposed to be self-isolating?

Are you or any of your contacts waiting for the results of a COVID test due to symptoms or exposure?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions please give us a call to postpone your appointment. Health care professionals are still welcome to visit if they’ve had contact with potential or confirmed COVID cases while wearing full PPE. 

You will be asked to review the list of recent exposure locations in our area before entering.

Hand sanitizer is located by our elevator and you will be instructed to use it before you enter.

Please wash your hands with soap and water before your service with us.

Disinfecting Fee

We are required by Public Health, until further notice, to add a minimum of 15 minutes to every client visit. This time is for the expanded disinfecting protocols required beyond our normal high standards of sterilizing, disinfecting and sanitizing. At this time, we are not able to absorb the cost of this extra time. There will be a mandatory charge of $12 (plus tax) for every visit (NOT for every service in a visit)We hope to eliminate or reduce this charge as things improve and your understanding of this lost time means a lot to us. 

Other things to know:

Our waiting area is limited to two seats and each chair is currently plastic; allowing us to disinfect each chair between use.

Our staff wear face shields, as well as masks, when performing treatments.

Friends or children cannot accompany you at this time to your appointments. Children must be old enough to come by themselves and be able to follow all of the rules to have services at this time.

Beverages are not being offered at this time. We are not permitted to serve tea or water. If you bring a beverage with you know that you cannot drink it as you must keep your mask on at all times.

Are you feeling vulnerable or are you at higher risk?  We have reserved our 9 AM appointments for those of you in this category. No explanations needed simply ask for a 9 AM appointment time.
