Our Response to COVID-19

We are open for ALL Services (depending on your vaccination status after Oct 4/21) as permitted by Nova Scotia Public Health.

Our On-line Spa Store is always open! We continue to offer contact-less delivery for FREE within 20 km of the spa on orders over $100 before tax. Orders under $100 within 20 km will be delivered for a fee between $6-$15.

We also offer free shipping by Canada Post *anywhere in Canada* on orders over $100 before tax. Our shipped orders typically arrive between 2-5 days depending on location but delivery timeline cannot be guaranteed.

Please Read the following COVID-19 Safety Guidelines Before Visiting Us:

Please review the latest list of exposures in our area before visiting us. If you have been instructed to get tested or to self-isolate because you visited one of these locations during the exposure times listed, please call us to reschedule your appointment.

Do not visit if you have any of the following symptoms:

New cough
Increased cough and symptoms from pre-existing allergies
Runny nose
Fever Above 38 Degrees Celsius
Muscle pains
Shortness of breath

You are required to wear a mask from the moment you arrive at our location and throughout your appointment unless your service requires removal. Please wait for one of our staff members to advise you when it is time to remove your mask. 

Hand sanitizer is located by our elevator and you will be instructed to use it before you enter.

A $12+ tax disinfecting fee is added to every visit for service (per visit, not service). Public Health requires that we book a minimum of 15 minutes between clients to allow time for extended disinfecting protocols beyond our normal high standards. Because we are a time sensitive business, these 15 minute time slots quickly add up in lost time for us. We appreciate your understanding! 

Before entering the spa for service or to shop you will be asked:

Are you experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19?

Have you done any travelling in the last 14 days that requires you to self-isolate?

Are you or anyone you've been in recent contact with waiting for the results of a COVID test?

Have you visited any of the recent exposure sites identified by Public Health?

If your answer is yes to any of these questions, you will not be allowed to enter our space until all Public Health requirements are met.

Beginning on October 4, 2021 Proof of Vaccination Required when visiting for a service. You will be asked to show your Proof of Vaccination upon entering in order to have any services with us. If you are coming in only to shop in our Spa Store only a protective face mask (no plastic shields please!) and hand sanitizing is required.

If for whatever reason you are unable to show us Proof of double Vaccination before your appointment, then you are still welcome for services but only those services that allow you to continue wearing a protective face mask at all times.

Other things to know:

Our waiting area is limited to two seats and each chair is currently plastic; allowing us to disinfect each chair between use and maintain social distance.

Our staff wear triple layer, copper filtered EnVY Masks.

Friends or children cannot accompany you at this time to your appointments. Children must be old enough to come by themselves and be able to follow all of the rules to have services at this time.

Beverages are not being offered at this time. We are not serving beverages at this time due to our mask wearing requirements. This policy will change as we re-assess for safety and client comfort each month. If you bring a beverage with you know that you cannot drink it as you must keep your mask on at all times.
