Clare Magdy

 Esthetician/Laser Technician

This Halifax native graduated with her Esthetics & Laser Hair Removal Diploma from the Academy of Cosmetology in early 2026 after first studying and working in the accounting world. She has decided to chart a new course and we are delighted she made the switch! She was meant to be an Esthetician! She joined the team at The Summit in early December 2025 to begin her in-house training.

Clare holds her Esthetic License from the Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia as well as well as her Business Administration in Accounting from NSCC.

Her passion for skin care started at a very young age as she watched and admired her Aunt Vanessa's career as an Esthetician. For those who have been clients of The Summit for years will certainly remember Vanessa as she was an Esthetician/Electrologist with us for years! Clare is certain to follow in her footsteps! Her passion for learning and her growth in this industry will be immediately evident in her attention to detail and kind ways.

She has already successfully completed her intro to GM Collins, Yonka and Jane Iredale with many more upcoming classes in each of these lines. 

She has also completed several classes to learn all the basics with Skinceuticals, Gehwol, Footlogix, and Bathorium.  

We are excited to watch this keen Esthetician and Laser Tech grow with our team of experts to guide her! We are certain our clients, new and old will be delighted with this professional, friendly and efficient Esthetician.
