LOCATION DETAILS

The Summit is located within the "TD Bank Building" on the corner of Spring Garden Road and Birmingham Street. This 4 floor glass building is across the street from Mills Brothers and Lululemon. Once you enter the building from Spring Garden Road the easiest way to reach The Summit is by taking the elevator from the lobby. The elevator will take you directly into The Summit. If you prefer to take the stairs you will find the stairwell to the left of the elevator. Take the stairs to the lower level, turn left at the bottom of the stairs and proceed thru the doors at the end of the hall.

PARKING

There are many open air and enclosed parking lots within the block that The Summit is located on. There is street parking with meters for shorter appointments. There are two large open air parking lots: one that can be accessed from Birmingham Street and one from Dresdon Row. City Center Atlantic has underground parking that can be entered on Birmingham Street. Park Lane Mall on the corner of Spring Garden and Dresdon Row has enclosed above ground parking that can be entered into from Dresdon Row.

TRAVELLING BY BUS

The following buses will bring you within a block or two of The Summit on Spring Garden Road: 1, 3, 10, 14, 17, 18, 20, 21, 23, 31, 32, 33, 34, 53, 80, 81, 85 and 86.
